An anchor on the KYBN5 Nightly News in Boulder Springs, Colorado, Monahan is in her mid-fifties and her career is on the downside. In her thirties and forties, she was a network anchor for York Broadcast Network, KYBN5's corporate parent. She tells herself she'll do anything to return to her glory days, but does anything include dying?
